Information you provide

When you request a report, we save your name, email, company, job title and country, along with the report requested, source page and marketing-consent choice. These details are available to authorised Karter McKinley administrators in our Subscribers system.

Email preferences

When you request an introduction call, we save your contact details, discussion topic, preferred time, source article and service so our team can arrange a call. A call request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. An article newsletter subscription records your email, consent and source article.

Marketing consent is optional. You can download a report without agreeing to occasional marketing emails. Downloading another report does not cancel an existing email subscription.

Remembering your visit

After a successful request, a first-party cookie remembers this browser for 90 days so you can request further reports without completing the form again. The cookie contains a signed reference, not your personal details. Each further request is recorded against your subscriber record. You can remove this cookie using your browser settings or choose to use different details on a report page.

Report download links expire after 15 minutes. Our existing cookie choices control non-essential analytics; report conversion events do not include the personal details entered in the form.
